Canford
Technical Operator – Ref SF122-ENE01
We require an experienced technical operator to assist in the daily operations of the pyrolisis waste to energy plant. You will be required to carry out sampling, keep daily records and carry out minor repairs and maintenance to equipment. This position would suit someone who is multi-skilled with forklift and bobcat driving experience and who can manage their time effectively, be self motivated and capable of conversing with people at all levels confidently. The successful applicant must be prepared, after the initial commissioning programme, to work a continental shift pattern of 12 hours, 4 days on with 4 days off. Days and nights will alternate. Experience of the waste industry would be an advantage.
