Technical Specifications
New Earth is working with the Organic Resource Agency (ORA) on a series of large-scale trials. The aim of these trials is to evaluate the ability of New Earth technology to treat municipal solid waste.
Independent
ORA is an independent European consultancy, specialising in the development of advanced waste treatment systems. ORA is consulting with the Environment Agency in undertaking this work.
70% diversion
Previous ORA research has shown that New Earth technology has the potential to divert in excess of 70% of biodegradable municipal waste (BMW). Further trials currently being conducted will provide valuable data on the level of diversion achievable by New Earth technology.
